Support #862: Quality Improvement and Clean Up
All files in Repository use the "Macintosh Roman" encoding (maybe backlog).
MacRoman encoding is deprecated in Mac OS X and has been replaced by UTF8. But according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mac_OS_Roman it is still used in Java-Development, which is a severe Problem for Linux and Windows users.
To ensure interoperability, among all developers, UTF8 should be used.
