Description

Creation of a new JavaFX-based DataDictionaryEditor in order to replace the old SWT-based implementation. The editor shall be similar to the old one, hence control code may be reused.

Code is ready to merge.

However, the FX editor content is not updated when the value of some of its entries (e.g., name, comment) is modified via the properties section. Closing and restarting the editor is required.

The inplace editing (as for the comment) is really nice, but this update of the editor content on model changes is essential (there could also be other sources of the model modification besides the properties section).

Model listener and new menu have been added.
Filter widget was removed and replaced with setting the the filter expression directly in the content provider.
