The DashboardWizardSelectReqirements is broken due to the MIRA minimalization. At the moment, it is commented out.

This issue is about adapting it.

This ticket would require an allocation mechanism to specify the components implementing a safety function that is described by some requirement. I think, this will most likely not be done any more. Please reopen and reassign to me if that shall be done. Otherwise, please reassign to @eder and ask for rejection.
