Description

The instances of the constraints that are De Activated from the constraint configuration are not flushed out properly from the project file (xmi file). This also cause a major problem in calculating the process steps.

There is now a related issue. Components cannot be deleted when they have some constraint related to it.
The other issue talks about having a test suite with its corresponding constraint, but the same happen e.g. if we only have a component and its corresponding OCRA constraint
