It should not be possible to define a struct with a member that has an empty name, nor a struct that has 2 members having the same name.

actually this is not checked in the Data Dictionary.

btw, the same hold for Enumerations, EnumerationMembers and so on.
just put an error marker if any name is empty and check if structs or enumerations have members with same name
