The period marker in Gantt chart views is not displayed correctly even if period values are present
When displaying a schedule using a Gantt chart the period marker is placed at the end of the last resource allocation instead of at the end of the respective (hyper)period. This is misleading as a schedule result shorter then they are and without any idle time at the end.
How to reproduce
- Import the attached file project into af3
- Open the DSE view and import the file project
- Run a schedule synthesis with latency minimization
- Open the Gantt chart visualization
- Notice the period marker at 15ms, even though both tasks have a period of 20ms
Expected behavior
A schedule’s Gantt chart view shall always be as long as it’s (scheduling-independent) (hyper)period. The period marker shall be displayed at the very end of the (hyper)period.
