Graphical Glicth when moving Entry/Exit points of states
Observed behavior
If an Entry/Exit point of a state is placed in the fourth quarter of a state (imagine a coord system with the center in the middle of a state) it cannot be moved around as expected, but show a projected placement that is far away from the state’s border. This glitch also disallows moving the Entry/Exit point to a different plate at the automaton.

Steps to reproduce
1. Create a component with a state automaton.
2. Place a Entry/Exit point in the 4th quarter of the automaton and try
to move it around, once it has been placed there.
