Saving Constraints Configuration for the Reuse
The main idea is to save the constraints configuration in a file and load it in AF3 when required. The motivation for this feature is that if we have standards which will be implemented by configuring the constraints. Since standards do not change too often, hence the constraint configuration should be saved and it can than shared among the users of AF3 who so ever wants to apply a particular standard. This will also help when performing collaborative model construction where there are many roles/users involved.
